not got the food yet saying the food was gonna be delivered at 5:00 it’s 5:55 i’ve phoned 3 times and said it’s here look for a driver i live in a Flat and there’s not been a driver

Hasn’t turned up, says 13.10 delivery, Google says not open until 4pm. No answering phone like wtf!!! Can’t even cancel on here no option. Shocking

My food hasn't been delivered

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery the driver delivered to wrong address the person ate the ice-cream drank the milkshake when the driver realised and went back,the person said it was the drivers thought for delivery to him,we had to go to the takeaway to find this out in person,we then had to wait agafor a fresh one never again

Over a an hour for food! It was almost as if they shut at 10.30 so we will drop it off on the way home!!
